I'm back in Korea now :( But seriously, the three days i spent in Koh Tao were the most peaceful, relaxing and blissful days of my life. I'm sure you can figure out how to get there, but basically, if you're in Ko Samui, take either the 800 or 1200 boat to Koh Tao and get a taxi to Taa Toh lagoon. It's worth it. The foods great, the people are excellent and the water's amazing (all for only 300B/night though i hear that may change soon). You can even do an intro Scuba course for like 2000B or snorkling if that's more your thing is onlly 200B. I hope you can make it.
